HISTORY
In Marano sul Panaro, the beating heart of the Motor Valley, P.M. (by P.Vandelli and G.Pradelli) was established: this family run company was initially a local owner-operated firm engaged in NC turning.
The turning point: the first multi-pallet machining centre was purchased. The switch to horizontal-axis machine tools opened the road to medium and large-scale production.
The supply of pre-assembled engines began for a well-known Borgo Panigale motorcycle company. This was also the year that many of the most experienced staff members acquired shares in the company.
This was the year the company became the first-assembly supplier of a leading automotive firm based in Stuttgart. A partnership starts with complete supply through special processes at specific request.
Company extension project (covered surface area – 10.000 m2).
Green-Efficiency: building of the first two photovoltaic plants with the aim of softening the environmental impact of business activities.
New, major customers acquired in different sectors; market prospects are diversified and extended. The company now has 7 production facilities, each of which is an independent and autonomous work unit. Within corporate strategy, quality, logistics and purchasing are all centralized.
